These terms govern your use of the INeedAds website at ineedads.io and any services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About INeedAds
The Service is operated by INeedAds, Inc. ("INeedAds," "we," "us"). You can reach us at info@ineedads.io.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it. Specifically, you will not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harassment;
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data not intended for you;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as expressly permitted.
3. Booking a strategy call
When you book a strategy call, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or notify us of cancellation/rescheduling at least 12 hours in advance. The call is offered for free with no obligation to purchase any product or service.
Any growth plan, audit, or projection we share during a call is provided for informational purposes. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control; past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, code, and designs — is owned by INeedAds or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly available content.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (e.g., font hosting, form-submission handling). Their use of any data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INEEDADS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INEEDADS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold INeedAds harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
