When you submit our contact form or book a strategy call, we collect:
- Identity & contact — your name, business name, email address, phone number.
- Goals — any details you choose to share about your business goals or marketing situation.
- Booking details — the date and time you select for your call.
We may also collect basic technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare for the call you booked.
- To send you the materials we discussed (e.g., a custom growth plan).
- To improve our service and understand how visitors find us.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. How we share information
We share information only with service providers we use to operate our business — for example, our form-handling provider (Web3Forms) which forwards form submissions to our team email. These providers are bound to use your data only to perform services for us.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and call-booking data for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@ineedads.io from the address you submitted, and we will respond within 30 days.
EU/EEA, UK, and California residents have additional protections under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA respectively. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
6. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic, restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel, and review our practices regularly. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Children
Our service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via the email address you provided.
